The night climb up Mount Sinai: a drive to St Katherine, then three hours up by torchlight on the camel path and the last 750 steps, to watch the sun rise over the peaks of South Sinai.
Coming down in daylight, you visit St Katherine’s monastery before the drive back to Sharm.
